    Booking Conditions:

    - Deposit is refundable if cancellation or modification notices given 14 days
      prior to check in date. (First night deposit is required).

    - Non refundable deposit during December 2011 - January 2012. (Non refundable deposit if
      booking within 14 days prior to check in date or early check out).

    - Room guarantee only after receives of required bank transfer or cash deposit.

    - Check-in time from 14.00 pm. & Check-out time at 12.00 am.

    - Complimentary breakfast (OCT - FEB ONLY)

    - Extra bed is not available in any room type. Additional guest without booking will be
      charged 50% of the room rate (no extra bed provided).

    - Pet is not allowed within hotel compound. We reserved the right not checking guests with
      pet without noticed and non refundable deposit
